DNOW Time Away Form
We encourage all students to stay the duration of the weekend and to not miss any activities to maximize their opportunity to grow spiritually and with their peers; however, we understand that schedule conflicts happen. If you know before hand that your child will need to leave at any point, please fill this form out and turn it in so that we can help the transition to be smooth. If there is an emergency during the weekend and you need to get your child, you will be given a list of contacts during checkin on Friday Jan 22.
